Have you completed a membership form? We need both a membership form and payment in order to accept an application. Form options below…
NICMA membership can be paid for in a variety of ways.
- Cheques or Postal Orders made payable to NICMA - the Childminding Association and posted to the address below.
- Cash (Do not post)
- Credit or Debit card over the phone by calling 02891 811015
- Paypal online. (Paypal will email you a confirmation of payment, you will not receive a receipt from NICMA)
Buddy/Support Group Discounts
If you are eligible for the above £5 discount, you must notify NICMA at the time of your membership application/renewal. Late notification of eligibility (ie. after your application has been processed) will not be accepted and the discount cannot be applied to training or publication sales.
If you are eligible for a discount we will refund you the appropriate amount by your original method of payment after your application has been processed and discount confirmed.
(NICMA requires both a completed membership form (accompanied by proof of your registration) and payment in order to complete the joining/renewal process. If a payment is made and the corresponding documents are not received (either online or via post) within 7 working days, your payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee of £10.00)
